H Rings

Nine of these complex rings create a circumference of 143.75”. High tolerance parts machined form 6061-T651. Each component measures a length 58.000” and a height of 6.000”. Due to the large number of pilot holes on these parts and the dimensional requirements, a secondary operation was performed on a VR11 5-Axis profiler and on machine inspected during the manufacturing process.
