Our capabilities are unique, as we are one of the few prototype shops holding both ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100 aerospace certifications. After machining and surfacing, the patterns undergo a rigorous quality control check. Our Faro Vantage Laser Tracker is used to generate the dimensional inspection report needed to validate the accuracy of the machined pattern before it moves to our tooling department or is delivered to the client's facility.
