Pattern making has been an intricate part of our business for over 20 years. We understand proper draft angles, when to fabricate a multi-piece mold, proper tool thickness and the most cost-effective material use for the patterns we engineer. Bigger patterns may require the fabrication of a metal structure. We machined tools from a variety of foam densities ranging from 2Lb EPS to 40 Lb high or low temp foams.We have expertise in the machining of polyurethane tooling boards, high temperature material for composite manufacturing, aluminum and tool steel for high production applications.

Upon master completion and inspection certificate is generated to validate the accuracy of the tool.  Laser tracking is performed using Verisurf software.
