Chopper Wet Out Systems

Is the fastest way to make FRP parts, We use both MVP and Gracco equipment with an inline heater to wet out the chopped strand at the right temperature. The “chopper” operator is a highly skilled worker since layers have to be consistent. The “rollers” play an important role as well. Their task is to press the fibers and control that no air bubbles are formed between the material layers.
