Vacuum Bagging

is used when a controlled thickness is required. Parts are fabricated using the traditional hand layup technique with the addition of covering the part with a release and a breather material, which is used to absorb the excess resin. We use this method with Epoxy systems for stiff thin parts. Parts manufactured in this manner are oven cured.
